From Genetics to Pop Culture

The Basser Center for BRCA, Kelley Drye & Warren, LLP, and Judges And Lawyers Breast Cancer Alert held a panel discussion about hereditary breast and ovarian cancer, research that seeks to change how we treat and prevent these cancers, and the impact of celebrity announcements on awareness.

The Hon. Barbara Jaffe (Acting Justice, New York State Supreme Court)  moderated the discussion between Susan Domchek, MD (Executive Director, Basser Center for BRCA at Penn Medicine), Kathie-Ann Joseph, MD, MPH, FACS (Chief, Breast Surgery at Bellevue Hospital) and Erika Stallings (BRCA2 mutation carrier and Associate, Kelley Drye & Warren, LLP).
